The apartments are located in the alpine village of Rateče, just a stone's throw away from Italy and Austria.

Our apartment houses are one kilometer apart, which means a 2-minute drive by car or a 10-minute leisurely walk. Apartments Gorski raj are located at the entrance to the Planica valley, known as the cradle of ski jumping and flights. Nearby, there are well-maintained cycling trails and cross-country skiing tracks. Apartments Mertelj are located at the beginning of the village in a quiet and sunny location at the foot of the forest. From the apartments, you can walk to the Zelenci Natural Reserve, which is only a 15-minute walk away.

Both apartment houses offer comfortable and fully equipped apartments of various sizes, ensuring a pleasant stay for every guest. Enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and nature, adding a touch of peace to your stay. We provide extra comfort with free parking, WiFi, and fresh bed linens and towels.

The apartments are 6 km from Kranjska Gora, where you'll find a golf course and a ski center. They are also 12 km from the Mt. Lussari ski resort. Thus, you will be able to enjoy a variety of activities in an unforgettable environment that combines natural beauty with various recreational opportunities.

A private sauna complex featuring Finnish and infrared saunas is available to all guests at the apartment house Gorski raj. External guests are also warmly welcomed.

During the summer, both apartment houses offer a landscaped lawn with seating and a portable grill. We also rent out mountain bikes named Specialized. Additionally, we provide storage space for bicycles in the summer and ski equipment in the winter.

During the winter season, we also organize skiing courses for everyone, from complete beginners to experienced sports enthusiasts. Moreover, ski boot dryers enable fast equipment drying after a full day of skiing. Sledges are available for rent free of charge.

Our homemade breakfast is an excellent choice for those in search of pampering and a peaceful start to the day. We are delighted to prepare and deliver it to the apartment at the desired time. The basket contains delights from Slovenian farms.
